Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Memphis, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a religious / funeral development; sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a religious / funeral development; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Work includes vegetation removal, demolition, site grading, drainage installation, asphalt and concrete paving, lighting, and installation of plantings and irrigation. Bids are invited for a General Contract for the Work of the above project. Non-discrimination policy applies to this project. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject bids.
