The proposed improvement consists of installing 615 linear feet of culvert pipes, 810 linear feet of storm sewer, and constructing roadside ditches within the street right of way. Compliance with the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act is required under this contract. The City of Peoria reserves the right to waive technicalities and to reject any or all proposals.
