Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Washington, District of Columbia. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The intent of this project is to provide parking improvements for the Bryant Street Pumping Station campus. The parking deck surface on the Meter Building is cracking and compromised and this project would make corrections to maintain the structural integrity of this roof top parking deck. There is not enough parking at the site to safely acommodate the number of employee vehicles and DC Water vehicles at the site. This project would also used to provide additional parking. As of August 11, 2022, this project is included District of Columbia Water and Sewer Authority (DC Water) FY 2022-2031 CIP. Information regarding a design firm and the general contractor selection timeline has not been disclosed. A firm construction timeline has not been released. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
