Question Cutoff Date Question Cutoff Date 12/13/2021 11:00:00 PM (ET) DOT is seeking an Electrician to Install owner provided generator complete including all concrete, gas piping, and electrical for a complete operating backup generator system. DOT Estimated Start Date: December 1, 2021 and Final completion on or before March 31 2022. This is project is exempt from state sales tax. Until the contract is awarded the sole point of contact for this project is Jody McNaughton (see bid contract information) any and all questions related to this project included during a site visit are to be submitted to Jody McNaughton in writing preferably through the ION wave Bid system. (See the cut off period for question submissions and Site Visit scheduling indicated below) DOT Highly recommends Pre-bid meeting: An online pre-bid meeting using Microsoft teams Contractors can join by clicking the link provide below on the day and time provided below or they are welcome to call in and join the meeting.
