This annual program is for the rehabilitation/reconstruction of streets and alleys within the downtown area (Lincoln Way to 7th Street and Grand Avenue to Duff Avenue). These projects involve pavement reconstruction, rehabilitation of storm and sanitary sewers, and streetscapes. This program will meet the recommendations of the Downtown Improvements Study for the side streets in the downtown area. The 2021/22 scope includes East/West Alley north of Lincoln Way (Duff Avenue to Sherman Avenue). The project is included in the city's 2021-2026 Capital Improvement Program (CIP).
