Renovation of an educational facility in Ames, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project consists of, but is not limited to, removal of existing condensate tank, feed pumps, concrete bases and miscellaneous equipment, valves, piping, wiring, and conduit. Also includes installation of a new Owner-furnished deaerator tank and pump units, piping, and electrical work. The Board of Regents, State of Iowa, reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and to accept that bid which is deemed in the best interest of the Owner. Successful bidder will be required tofurnish a Contract Performance and PaymentBond in the amount of 100% of the contract sum within ten (10) days after receipt of Notice of Award.
