Renovation of a municipal facility in Ames, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Over view: Contractor to provide all materials, labor and equipment necessary for the removal of the old steam valve and replacement of new steam valve that regulates the sign shop. All work to be done during normal business hours 6:30am-4:00pm Mon- Fri. After hours are available with prior approval. Shut done all mechanical equipment prior to starting and use lock-out tagout procedure. Isolate, drain, remove, and dispose Provide and install new parts to match existing capacity with like equipment or equal. Provide piping insulation repairs when work is complete. Verify above listed work is per local plumbing code. Start and test operation when work is complete. Any additional items or parts found defective need approval prior to completing.
