Renovation of a municipal facility in Racine, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Questions due 11/01/2021 by 10:00am The City of Racine is accepting formal bids for Structured/Low Voltage Cabling Installation and Maintenance. The City of Racine has about 40 city owned buildings throughout the city. This contract is for small jobs such as adding cabling for access points, inside cameras, new computer locations or moving existing cabling. Larger more complex projects will be done in a separate bid/RFP process. This is one of four similar bids (Official Notice #16-2021 | Official Notice #17-2021 | Official Notice #18-2021 | Official Notice #19-2021). Please submit to as many bids as you have the skills to complete (only 1, 2, 3 or all 4). Each bid will be reviewed separately and awarded to multiple vendors if able. Bids will be analyzed and the City will offer participating bidders fixed hourly rates. Rates would remain fixed throughout 2022. The City of Racine is the sole judge of the suitability of all bidders and reserves the right to reject any and all parts of the proposal that is not in the best interest of the City of Racine. The City of Racine, in its sole discretion and without cause, may terminate this Request, Purchase Order, or Contract, in whole or in part, at any time without incurring liability to the bidder for lost profits, or any other costs of damages.
