The submitted Bids shall include the work generally stated as lift station upgrades and improvements, force main installation and connection, process piping and equipment, electrical power distribution, plumbing and ventilation, lift station vault and manhole installation, site excavation and turf restoration, driveway restoration, erosion control, and installation of prepurchased equipment. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a combination of lump sum and unit price basis. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
