Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Perryville, Missouri. Completed plans call for the addition of a 55,868-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

The Perry County D32 School District will receive Bids for the above referenced project. Phase 3 construction of the Perry County Middle School consists of building a two-story addition with a square foot floor area of approximately 31,046 s.f. for the Main Level and 24,822 s.f. for the Upper Level. The two-story building addition will contain the following space/rooms; Classrooms, Support Areas, Media Center and Administration Area, and will be connected to the west side of the Phase 2 FEMA Shelter Building completed in 2020. After the 2021-2022 School Year is completed on May 25, the existing Middle School will be demolished and replaced with a new parking lot and parent drop-off/pick-up drive lane, along with related site utility relocations. The exterior wall construction of the Phase 3 building addition will be load bearing concrete masonry units with masonry veneer. The roofing system installed over the metal roof decking will be a TPO adhered systems over cover board and rigid insulation. Interior work consists of load bearing concrete masonry walls and metal stud framed walls with gypsum board, structural columns and framing members, concrete floor slabs (slab-on-grade and elevated slabs), flooring, ceilings, interior painting, manufactured casework, visual display boards, doors and frames, toilet partitions and toilet accessories, light fixtures, VRF System and plumbing fixtures.
