The Water Pollution Control Authority for the City of Norwalk (WPCA) is soliciting bids to provide all materials, equipment, labor and supervision for the Aeration Tanks Electrical Infrastructure Improvements. This project consists of, but is not limited to, all labor, materials and equipment required to construct new electrical support infrastructure on the Aeration Tank deck at the Norwalk Water Pollution Control Facility. The new infrastructure will include steel support frames and will require electrical work to reroute existing electrical wires and conduits to the new steel support frames. The minimum prevailing wage rates to be paid for labor of the various classifications shall be in accordance with prevailing State and/or Federal Wage Rates, Schedules provided within the Contract Documents.
