The work includes: .1 Supply and installation of water mains, low pressure sewer mains, water and sewer service lines, sewage pumpouts and water service connections at the following sites: Site 166A Approximately 2,375 m of 100 mm dia. water main; 2,325 m of 100 mm dia. sewage force main; 2,750 m of water and sewer service lines; valves; appurtenances; water flushing stations; sewer line cleanout; manholes; and connections to existing infrastructure. Water and sewer servicing of 29 homes. Site 166C – Phase I Approximately 3,475 m of 100 mm dia. water main; 2,325 m of 100 mm dia. sewage force main; 1,050 m of water and sewer service lines; valves; appurtenances; water flushing stations; sewer line cleanout; manholes; and connections to existing infrastructure. Water and sewer servicing of 14 homes. Site 166C – Phase II Approximately 3,250 m of 100 mm dia. water main; 3,275 m of 100 mm dia. sewage force main; 1,400 m of water and sewer service lines; valves; appurtenances; water flushing stations; sewer line cleanout; manholes; and connections to existing infrastructure. Water and sewer servicing of 13 homes. .2 Completion of required creek, road and driveway crossings by directional drilling. .3 Clean up of site. .4 Repair of defects in workmanship and / or materials for a period of two years after completion of the work.
