Description

Renovation of a residential development in Big Stone, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

The WCB is seeking a Contractor to complete a Residential Home Modification Project in Carseland, Alberta as per the specifications and drawings contained in this IFB. The project will consist of: 1. Site Modifications - Supply and Install new exterior concrete work in front, side and back yard areas as identified in the Architectural Drawings. 2. Back Yard Work - Supply and install new exterior porch lift. Provide all modifications to the existing exterior deck and stairs as required and as identified on the Architectural Drawings 3. Back Entrance Patio Door - Supply and install a new accessible patio door to replace the existing one. 4. Kitchen Flooring - Supply and install new kitchen flooring as identified in the Architectural Drawings. 5. All New Interior Modifications - Supply and install two new stair chair lifts at the front entrance. Supply and install all interior finishing including, repairs, patching and painting; and modified structural, mechanical, and electrical, including new light fixtures as identified in the Architectural Drawings.
