Cementitious Grouting, Surge Stone Installation, and Spray Lining of Existing Culvert The Work will be substantially completed within 18 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 4.01 of the General Conditions, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions within 21 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. Contractor shall provide a maintenance bond for the full amount of the Contract for a period of twelve months from the date of Substantial Completion.The Project consists of installing surge stone on the downstream end of the Break of Day Road culvert, installing cementitious grout underneath the culvert to fill existing voids, and spray lining the inside of the culvert with a polymer liner. The project is at the intersection of Break of Day Road and East Victor Road, Victor, NY 14564
