Bids for the construction of the Wastewater Treatment Plant Primary Digester #1 Cleaning The project consists of the removal of sludge, rags, debris, rainwater, etc. in Primary Digester #1. The Contractor shall provide means and labor to achieve this. The Contractor will need to perform their own testing on the sludge to determine appropriate disposal methods. After removal of digester contents, the Contractor shall also pressure wash the interior of the digester and provide a means to remove all washwater as well. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
