Renovation of a fire / police facility in Victor, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,824-square-foot, one-story above grade fire / police facility.
Project consists of the repairs and renovation of an existing 300 square foot roof patio. The scope of work includes removal and installation of structural steel and concrete decking, new roofing and paver systems, windows, doors, and metal railings. Minor mechanical, electrical, and plumbing revisions are included to accommodate the renovation/repair work. A Performance Bond (AIA Document A312), separate Labor and Material Payment Bond (AIA Document A312), and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. The bond shall equal 100% of the construction contract amount. Contract term: 1 year bid bond, as liquidated damages for such failure, in the following amount constituting five percent (5%) of the Base Bid amount abov The undersigned Bidder proposes and agrees hereby to commence the Work of the Contract Documents on a date specified in a written Notice to Proceed to be issued by Architect, and shall fully complete the Work within 150 calendar days.
