The City of Sutherlin is seeking a qualified licensed and bonded professional landscape maintenance contractor to provide landscape maintenance services for the City of Sutherlin. Locations of work sites will include Central Park, City Hall, Triangle Park (Visitor Center), Exit 135 sign property, Exit 136 interchange areas and the new Fords Pond parking lot area off Church Road. Service will be seasonal in Areas #1, #3, and #4 and year-round in Area #2. Applicant shall be a licensed and bonded landscape contractor within the State of Oregon. Proof of insurance is required pursuant to Attachment B. The Applicant that has been in business for five (5) years or more under the same business name registered with the State of Oregon is preferred. Applicant shall perform landscape maintenance services for Central Park, City Hall, Triangle Park (Visitor Center), Exit 135 Sign property and Exit 136 Flag Interchange 5 property. Services shall include mowing, edging, planting bed maintenance, lawn care, weed control and plant maintenance. Detailed specifications attached. The City reserves the right to accept any proposal which it deems most favorable to the interests of the City and the right to reject any and/or all proposals or any portion of any proposal submitted which in their opinion is not in the best interest of the City.
