Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Sutherlin, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project consists of furnishing labor, materials, equipment and the following major items of construction: Construct a new playground and park with all of the associated grading, site work, equipment, landscaping and finishing. Construct a new overflow parking area and associated curbs, gutters, stormwater drainage, landscaping and other ancillary requirements. Construct a new paved trail around Ford's Pond that connects to the existing path and completes the perimeter loop; includes all grading, path material, interpretive areas, and misc. equipment. Perform wetland mitigation activities that involve removing a portion of 'islands' within Ford's Pond and depositing the spoils in a designated area. Install items that have been purchased and procured by the City. A Bid Security executed in favor of the Owner in the amount of not less than 10% of the total amount of the Bid is required. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive all informalities, and to accept such Bids that in the opinion of the Owner are in the best interest of the Owner.
