Site work for a water / sewer project in Memphis, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work of this contract includes removal of one diesel fuel underground storage tank (UST) and installation of one diesel fuel aboveground storage tank (AST). Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: A. Removal and disposal of one 15,000-gallon UST at the Student Alumni Building (SAC), B. Purchase and installation of one 1,600-gallon AST at the General Education Building (GEB), C. Installation of piping to connect the new 1,600-gallon AST to existing piping associated with GEB's emergency generator, and D. Disconnection of piping that currently connects GEB's emergency generator to two 30,000-gallon USTs. Bidders shall be licensed and qualified per state law. Five percent (5%) Bid Security is required in the form of a Bid Bond or check (certified or cashier's) made payable to State of Tennessee. Non-discrimination policy applies.
