The University of Tennessee Martin is seeking bids for the removal and installation of carpet, floor tile, base, stair treads and related products on an as needed basis for the Housing and Physical Plant departments. Please quote on the unit cost of the following carpet, tile, cove base, and stair treads installed (installation price shall include adhesive). The contractor shall furnish all tools, equipment, operating supplies and labor as required to complete the job. The contractor will install the flooring in accordance with the manufacturers recommended installation instructions. If a respondent contacts anyone except the University's staff members listed above, the University may disqualify the respondent. a.The initial term of the agreement resulting from this solicitation will be from September 1, 2023 to August 31, 2028. b.There will be no renewal for this agreement. No Pre-Bid Conference or Site Visit: The University will not hold a pre-bid conference/site visit for this solicitation. Deadline for Questions 8/1/23, 5:00 p.m. CST 19.Rejection of Defective Work: Should any defective work be discovered, in the opinion of the University cannot be accepted, the work will be removed and replaced at the Respondent expense.
