Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Memphis, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Request for Quote (RFQ) to provide and replace Aerco boiler at the Psychology Building. Any questions must be submitted in writing by email to wmthmas3@memphis.edu by deadline of August 3, 2023 at 11:00 pm CST. All questions will be answered by issuance of an addendum to the bid to all bidders. Disconnect all Existing Connections and Preform Proper Lockout/ Tagout. Replace boiler. Piping modifications Insulation Electrical & State Boiler Permits included. Reconnect all Existing Connections and Remove Boiler. Reconnect all Existing Electrical Connections and Preform Proper Lockout/ Tagout. Provide Factory Start-up, Checks and Tests. Includes One Year Warranty on all Labor.
