Remodeling of a municipal facility in West Jordan, Utah. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.
West Jordan City on behalf of the Public Services Department (OWNER) is seeking bids from the advanced Stage One B-100 General Contractors (GC) to perform construction services for the remodel of the West Jordan City Hall. The GC Work for the project will involve the demolition of existing interior areas and the remodel of City Hall. As per the attached Plans and Specifications the work consists of the Contractor furnishing and installing all work as required in the Contract Documents. The GC shall assist the City, City representative Construction Manager, and JRCA Architects (A/E) in maintaining the cost of construction within the bid price offered with consideration given to the budget and the duration of the construction within the project's schedule. Bonding range for this project is estimated to be $6,000,000 to $7,500,000.
