Site work and paving for a road / highway in West Jordan, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and road / highway.
The Work comprises of the preparation of existing city streets for a High Density Mineral Bond Seal, the furnishing and installation of High Density Mineral Bond (HDMB) seal per the HDMB Spec located in Appendix B, and the replacing of any existing traffic lines and markings covered by the HDMB installation. Please note, prior to awarding the bid and throughout the duration of the contract the City reserves the right to test that the product meets all criteria called out in the High Density Mineral Bond spec located in Appendix B. The bonding requirements for this project are estimated to be between $710,000 and $740,000.
