Site work and renovation of a civil project in Pioneer, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Complete sets of bidding documents, including plans and specifications for the project will be available for examination, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the above named office, and at the Office of the Bell Engineering Limited, Inc, 05691A State Route 15, Bryan, Ohio 43506 419-636-2585. All fees must be pre-paid prior to shipping. Bids must be submitted on the forms found in the Bidding Document; must contain the names of every person or company interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity. Each bidder shall be required to file with his proposal a Bid Guaranty in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. The guaranty shall be a bond for one hundred percent (100%) of the bid amount. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond for one hundred percent (100%) of the bid amount. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wages rates for Public Improvements for Williams County, Ohio as determined by the Secretary of Labor, under the Federal Labor Standards (Davis Bacon). All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practicable use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of their project. Additionally, contractor compliance with the equal employment opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123, the Governor's Executive Order of 1972, and Governor's Executive Order 84-9 shall be required. Bid notice may be viewed on the Williams County Web Site under the heading COMMISSIONERS, LEGAL NOTICES. SPECIAL ATTENTION MUST BE GIVEN to all of the requirements contained in the this bid packet, particularly to prevailing wages, various insurance requirements, various equal opportunity and block grant provisions, safety program specifications, and the requirement for a performance bond for 100% of the contract price. Any bid may be withdrawn prior to the schedule closing time for the receipt of bids, but no bidder shall withdraw his bid within 90 days after the actual opening thereof. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive irregularities in any bid, and to accept any bid which is deemed most favorable to the County.
