The Village of Pioneer, Ohio (Village) is requesting bid proposals for Two (2) 12/16/20/22.4 MVA Power Transformers (with Alternate for Two (2) 15/20/25/28 MVA Power Transformers) for the Pioneer North Substation Project. Bid proposals are requested for designing, testing, manufacturing, delivering FOB destination, unloading, assembling, and field testing (commissioning) the following: Two (2) three-phase power transformers, each rated 67.000kV Delta Primary; 12.47/7.2kV Wye Secondary 12/16/20/22.4 MVA, 55/65 deg. C rise, ONAN/ONAF/ONAF Class. As an ALTERNATE, pricing shall be included to uprate the two (2) power transformers to 15/20/25/28 MVA, 55/65 deg. C rise, ONAN/ONAF/ONAF Class. Transformer construction shall be of circular core design. Delivery, unloading and placing by the Seller, assembly by the Seller, and on-site testing by the Seller shall be complete on or before May 31, 2023 for both transformers. All bid proposals must be accompanied by an appropriate Contractor's Bid Bond or guarantee as required by the specifications.
