A two-way left-turn lane will also be provided west of 90th Avenue East and between 90th Avenue East and 92nd Avenue East. Other improvements along 224th Street East include paved shoulders, curb, gutter, sidewalk, enclosed drainage, illumination, signal interconnect, and other work in accordance with and as described in the Plans and Specifications.
