Davidson-Davie Community College is accepting proposals for a Construction Manager at Risk for a Regional Training and Distribution Center for Emergency Response and Public Health The facilities to support this project include - training facilities, locations to host mass vaccinations and supply distribution, storage space for large quantities of supplies including ultracold storage, public health community center, open parking lots for vaccination and distribution as well as public safety driver training, classroom space, fire training tower and fire burn building. The planned location for the Public Health Community Center is on the main campus around the current walking track. The planned location for the fire training facilities is a currently undeveloped site next to the main campus. This is Phase 1 of this project which has an estimated total Project budget of 16.2 million. Source of Funds Federal pass-through to State Funds Approved OC-25 # 2612
