Renovation of a water / sewer project in Cleveland, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of filter media removal, concrete and filter underdrain repair, painting and installation of new filter media. The allotted time for construction is to be 30 consecutive calendar days. Contractors are required to comply with TCA 62-6-119 as outlined in the Information to Bidders. No bid may be withdrawn within 45 days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids. All questions should be directed to Matt Bolt. Cleveland Utilities reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject any and all bids. It is the policy of Cleveland Utilities to ensure compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; 49 CFR, Part 21; related statutes and regulations to that end that no person shall be excluded from participation in or be denied benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance or any other funding source on the grounds of race, color, sex, national origin, or ancestry. By virtue of submitting a response to this solicitation, bidders agree to comply with the same non-discrimination policy.
