Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Perry, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
As of 01/12/2022 This project has been awarded to Dixie Lawn and Landscape in the amount of $142,115.20. The work to be done shall consist of furnishing all labor, equipment and materials necessary to construct Crossroads Park as shown on the plans. Construction shall consist of minor grading, hardscape, landscape, irrigation, and signage at the Crossroads Park. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the bid amount. The successful bidder, if awarded the Contract, will be required to furnish a Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount and a Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount. This project will adhere to Georgia local Government Public Works construction law Ch. 91 Title 36. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to re-advertise. SEC Project : 1152, 1158
