Cold Spring Wastewater System Upgrades Project General (BT-21-04) Work includes site and mechanical upgrades at two existing lagoon wastewater treatment plants. Cold Spring Wastewater System Upgrades Project Electrical (BT-21-05) Work includes electrical upgrades at two existing lagoon wastewater treatment plants. Buckingham Township reserves the right to waive any informalities, irregularities, defects, errors or omissions in any or all bids and to reject any or all bids. Estimated Project Value: General Contract BT 21-04 Construction Estimate at $570,000.00 The Work will be substantially completed within 548 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in paragraph 2.03 of the General Conditions, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with paragraph 14.07 of the General Conditions within 578 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. The PRIME CONTRACTOR's shall furnish all labor, equipment and materials for installing the WORK as described on the plans and specifications for the Cold Spring Wastewater System Upgrades project. The following items are a brief summary of the project and are provided solely for the purpose of revealing the general nature of the work involved. The PRIME CONTRACTORS's are responsible for accomplishing all items of work in accordance with the applicable drawings, specifications and provisions of the contract. Any additional labor, materials, equipment, and/or appurtenances not specifically detailed or specified, but required to complete the project, shall be provided by the Contractor as an integral part of the scope of work specified he work of this Contract consists of furnishing, employing, and installing all equipment, materials, and labor necessary to complete all demolition, renovation, and construction as specified and/or as shown on the Plans, producing thereby a complete, finished, watertight, neat, safe, rugged, reliable, and fully usable facility ready for operation.
