Site work and renovation of a civil project in Pender Island, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The works to be constructed under this Contract generally include, but is not limited to, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical upgrades to Schooner Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) and six pump stations located throughout Magic Lake Estates on Pender Island. The breakdown of the work is as follows: Part A - Schooner Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) The new works will generally include: 1. Underground reinforced concrete tanks 2. Installation of Owner supplied equipment: a. Fine screen system b. Membrane and permeate pump system c. Blowers d. Aeration diffusers e. Standby generator 3. Construction of an 8m x 11m wood-frame building complete with an electrical, blower, office and pump rooms 4. Yard and process piping 5. Instrumentation and control system 6. New electrical service and distribution, and 7. Demolition of some sheds and conversion of some process tanks to storage tanks Part B - Cannon Pump Station A new pump station is to be installed to replace the existing Cannon WWTP generally a new wet well, pumps and associated mechanical and electrical equipment Parts C to G - Buccaneer, Capstan, Galleon, Masthead, and Schooner Pump Stations All of the existing pump station are to receive new pumps and associated mechanical work and new electrical kiosks. In addition, Owner supplied generators are to be installed at Galleon and Schooner pump stations. Provisional Items The following provisional items may be included in the Work, subject to available funding: 1. A new sludge dewatering system, reclaimed water system and carport structure at Schooner WWTP. 2.
