Site work for a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Construction of one (1) prefabricated 0.25 MGD steel wastewater treatment plant consisting of headworks, three (3) aeration basins, one (1) clarifier, one (1) chlorine contact basin, two (2) sludge digesters, (3) positive displacement blowers, drain pad, non-potable water system, chlorine disinfection with portable eyewash station, associated piping, stairs, walkways, controls, electrical service equipment, and all necessary appurtenances. Site work including foundations for prefabricated basins, grading, crushed concrete driveway, bollards, concrete supports for pipe, swales, inlets, wood fencing, and yard piping. One (1) on-site lift station consisting of reinforced concrete wet well, reinforced concrete at-grade valve slab, submersible pumps, hatches, force main, fittings, valves, and electrical. All work shall be Complete in Place. As of January 27, 2022, a general contractor has been awarded.
