Renovation of a detention facility in Erie, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
**As of 11/23/2021 The project has not yet been awarded , no time frame . Questions during the bid period shall be directed to the office of the architect. All contracts exceeding $10,000 shall contain a provision requiring compliance with Executive order 11246, entitled, Equal Employment Opportunity, as amended by Executive order 11375 and as supplemented in Department of Labor regulations (41 CFR Part 60). Project Labor Agreement compliance applies. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set forth in the opening of bids. The County of Erie reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept/reject any part of the bids. The scope of work for this Project covers the supplying of all labor, tools, materials, equipment, services, and appurtenances to accomplish the work specified. The work shall be performed in accordance with the current EPA and OSHA regulations, PA Dept. of Labor and Industry and Dept. of Environment Protection regulations and any other applicable Federal, State and Local regulations. The work consists asbestos flooring and mastic removal flooring and replacement at Edmund L. Thomas Adolescent Center located at 4728 Lake Pleasant #2, Erie, PA. All construction work as shown and specified. In general the project consists of selective demolition, asbestos flooring and mastic removal, preparation of substrate to receive new flooring, installation of various new flooring products, touch up painting, etc
