Contracor shall furnish and install all general construction work and associated mechanical construction. General construction work includes selective demolition, new drywall and glass walls and doors, new acoustical tile ceilings, new flooring, paint, casework, etc. as shown on the drawings and specified herein. Associated mechanical work including ductwork modifications and plumbing modifications for a sink are also included. The GC shall also demolish and remove existing cubicle workstations (approximately 50 6x676x8 workstations).
