As of June 18, 2024, project was awarded to Amendola Construction, with an awarded amount of $187,137.50. Evanston Avenue Sidewalk Project - This project will be financed through Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds. This project is subject to the requirements of Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, as amended, 12 U.S.C. 1701u. This project entails the removal and replacement of concrete sidewalks and driveway aprons along both sides of Evanston Avenue from West 26th Street to West 32nd Street. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a certified or cashier's check or bid bond with corporate surety payable to Millcreek Township in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid price. Millcreek Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities or minor deviations in the bidding.
