Site work for a multi-residential development in Erie, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a multi-residential development.
Work Included 1. Installation of approximately 500' of 6' high aluminized chain link fence with galvanized framework. 2. Special line post spacing no more than 8' apart for wide load' 3. Installation of approximately 500' of black PVT winged privacy slats. Specifications Chain link Fabric: 6' high 9ga. Aluminized - 2" mesh - Knuckle/Knuckle All framework to be Galvanized Terminal posts: 3" O.D. WT.40 set in 12" x 36" cement footings. Line posts: Line post spacing: 2 1/2" O.D. WT.40 set in 9" x 36" cement footings. Top rail: No more than 8' apart. 1 5/8" O.D. WT.40 Brace rail: 1 5/8" O.D. WT.40 Bottom Tension wire: 7ga. Aluminized Hardware: All Hardware will be galvanized Work is to be completed within 60 calendar days of Notice to Proceed. 10% bid bond required, Davis-bacon wages apply. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in bidding. All communications and inquiries shall be directed to Michael R.
