ONLY U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) National Multiple Award Construction Contract II (NMACC II) Awardees are eligible to compete/respond to this Task Order Announcement under this Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) MATOC. The US Coast Guard requires the design and construction of new housing units at the Nemetz Housing site located on Base Kodiak in Kodiak, AK. The project includes design and construction of roads, parking, utilities, demolition and or relocation of existing structures or debris, and other site amenities, improvements and additional ancillary components required to provide complete and usable structures for the intended purpose. Project specifications and drawings are available via DoD SAFE to firms under the Coast Guard's NMACC II IDIQ contracts. Performance Period: The contract performance period is 1200 calendar days after award of Task Order for the Base Item and all Option Items Disclosure of Magnitude: The Government requests offerors notify the Contracting Officer as soon as practicable if they determine the project cannot be accomplished within the below price limitation. The design and construction costs will be subject to the funds available for this project. The contract price limitation for contract award is approximately $85,000,000.00. Contractors are notified that they are under no obligation to approach this ceiling; however, the Government may not be able to make an award if the dollar amount set for this project is exceeded. BASE ITEM: Provide all necessary, supervision, labor, materials, transportation, equipment, permitting, and other necessary ancillary services to design and construct 40 family housing units to include (28) three-bedroom and (12) four-bedroom units in (20) duplex configurations. Work shall include demolition, site work, utilities, and other site improvements required to construct the project per RFP requirements. (Refer to Item Diagram A).
