Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Pendleton, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Due to the nature of this project, City has determined two minimum Bidder's Qualifications criteria must be met for a bid to be considered responsive. These include a minimum experience requirement and a Project Manager and Onsite Construction Superintendent requirement. City is also requiring prequalification for specialty contractors related to reservoirs, tank painting, transmission main, and controlled blasting work. Furnish and install Class 52 ductile iron pipe with Class A . 24-inch diameter, restrained Furnish and install Class 52 ductile iron pipe with Class B Furnish and install PVC pipe with Class A (compacted native material) trench backfill: a. 6-inch diameter, AWWA C900, restrained b. 12-inch diameter, AWWA C900, restrained c. 12-inch diameter, AWWA C900, nonrestrained d. 18-inch diameter AWWA C905, nonrestrained Furnish and install ductile iron fittings: a. 6-inch diameter long sleeve, MJ b. 6-inch diameter cap, MJ c. 8-inch diameter cap, MJ d. 12-inch diameter 45 bend, MJ e. 12-inch diameter 22.5 bend, MJ f. 12-inch diameter 11.25 bend, MJ An addendum listing all pre-qualified specialty contractors will be issued by 5:00 pm local time, Thursday, December 2, 2021.
