Federal Aid No: ESTP-2021(03) CFDA: 20.205 Pre-bid Meeting: No This is an 'Indefinite Delivery and Indefinite Quantity' (IDIQ) project utilizing both state and federal funds in accordance with 29 Del.C. 6970 and 23 CFR 635 Subpart F. Valid for three (3) years from contract execution. The contract cannot be extended. There is no guarantee of work under this contract. Minimum value is $0.00 dollars. The maximum contract value is anticipated to be $1,500,000 (estimated). Work Orders will be assigned to the contractor at the Department's discretion. Issued as-needed, Work Orders for each project will be distributed to the awarded contractor. The contractor is to submit their Line-Item pricing using the pricing submitted for this contract. If the Proposal includes Line-Items not included in this contract, contractor may enter new pricing for those Items. The contractor is then to enter their available start date, and the total calendar days needed to complete the work. LD's Liquidated Damages will be determined by the cost of the issued Contract New Castle County. The specific work sites are not listed herein but will be assigned as available. The improvements consist of furnishing all labor, material, and equipment for the upgrade and repair existing lighting systems, and installation of new lighting systems along interstate I-95, I-495, and I-295, including associated ramps and Right of Way, and other incidental construction as directed by the Engineer. This is a 1,095-calendar day contract with no possible extensions. The Department's intent is to issue a Notice to Proceed for work to start on or about January 24, 2022.
