For the Ephrata Borough Solids Processing and Handling Upgrades Project, Contract 1 - General Construction, Contract 2 - HVAC Continued Next Column Construction, and Contract 3 - Electrical Construction, in accordance with the Contract Documents. The Work includes all materials, labor, and appurtenant equipment necessary to install pre-purchased Biochar Production System Equipment. The General Contractor shall install the equipment including all appurtenant work. The Electrical Contractor shall install both power and instrumentation wiring to the devices as indicated on the drawings. The HVAC Contractor shall complete all heating, ventilation, and air conditioning work associated with the project. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 12/29/2021 12:00 PM Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond payable to Ephrata Borough Authority in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid in accordance with the provisions in the Instructions to Bidders. Each Bid must be complete and the right is reserved to reject any and all Bids and to accept any Bid deemed to be most favorable to the interests of Ephrata Borough Authority.
