Description

Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Ephrata, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Asof July 8, 2022, the project is pending award. A timeline for award has not been confirmed. In general, the work shall consist of, but not be limited to, furnishing all required bonds, insurances and forms, general superintendence, labor, materials, equipment, appurtenances and incidentals required for completion of the prescribed work, including, but not limited to, asphalt driveway and parking lot construction, storm water improvements, site grading and landscaping improvements, water service line installation, fencing, concrete curb and sidewalk replacement and installation, pavement markings, drinking water fountain installation, traffic control and all else necessary or required to properly and satisfactorily complete the specified project.
