The Scope of Work for this project includes but is not limited to the furnishing of all coordination, scheduling, supervision, labor, tools and equipment, materials and supplies, incidentals and appurtenances, and mobilization/demobilization, protection of adjacent properties and restoration as required for the performance of work under this contract as shown on the project drawings and specifications provided in Part B, Section 4.0. All work under this contract shall comply with all applicable Sections of the Charles County Government Department of Planning and Growth Management Standards and Specificationsfor Construction, Charles County Standard Detail Manual and all other applicable requirements of the County, the Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE) and any other regulatory agency having jurisdiction to control, limit or otherwise regulate the performance of the work.
