Reference number : 1540286 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2021-11-17 Electronic submission accepted: No Object of the contract The OMHM is launching a public call for tenders for the replacement of the electrical network, the emergency network and the electrical panels of the housing units of De Mentana (472) at 4085 rue, Saint-André in Plateau Mont-Royal . The project consists of carrying out all the work in accordance with the contractual documents for the replacement and upgrading of the electrical network, emergency network and panels in the homes. The work will be carried out in a ten (10) storey building with 111 housing units for the elderly. All accommodations are occupied . Works duration This contract comes into force on signature of the letter of commitment by the successful tenderer and the execution of the work must not exceed 32 weeks. According to current planning, it is expected that this work will begin around December 2021 , but this date could be changed. In such a case, the modification cannot be used to justify an extra request from the contractor. Bid bond 10% is required. Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required.
