Job no- LVE-21034 Bucks County Technical School Authority on behalf of themselves, will receive sealed bids for the Phase 1 High School Renovations Project in the form of multiple prime lump sum contracts. Construction will be bid for the following Prime Contracts: Contract No. 1: Roof Construction Contract No. 2: HVAC Construction Contract No. 3: Electrical Construction Documents will be sent electronically after receipt of payment. Bidders must identify the contract or contracts upon which they are bidding and must also supply the following information with their request for documents: company name, contact person, complete address, phone and fax numbers, and email address. The Bucks County Technical School Authority hereby reserves the right to reject any and all bids submitted, or any portion thereof, and also reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in bids received, when, within the sole discretion of the Bucks County Technical School Authority, such rejection or waiver is in the best interests of the Authority. This Project is subject to the Federal Davis-Bacon Act, Approved March 3, 1931, 40 U.S.C. 3141-3148, as amended and supplemented, and reference is made to the wage rates applicable to this Project.
