Landscaping Services at various Township sites from April 2022 through October 2022 and once in December 2022 with options for year 2 (2023) and year 3 (2024) (refer to attachment A for specific details). All bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check in the amount equal to at least ten percent (10%) of the bid or a Bid Bond in an amount equal to at least twenty percent (20%) of the bid, which shall be forfeited if the bidder fails to comply with the purchase order issued by the Township of Falls after notice of the acceptance of the successful bid. Such security will be returned to the respective bidders, except that of the successful bidder as declared by the Township, within forty-five (45) days after the formal opening of the bids. All bids must be submitted on the forms provided by the Township. These forms can be picked up in the Manager's Office at the Falls Township Municipal Complex, 188 Lincoln Highway, Suite 105, Fairless Hills, PA 19030. The Township reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive technical defects or any informality in Bids, and to accept or reject any part of any Bid in the best interests of the Township.
