Site work for a mixed-use development in Coventry, Connecticut. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
This contract includes cured in place pipe lining 920 feet of 12 inch sanitary sewer main. The Town of Coventry reserves the right to reject all bids, or to waive any technical defects, and to make an award to the party determined to be the lowest cost, responsive and responsible bidder. The work required under this contract shall consist of furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, tools, and supervision necessary to rehabilitate 920 feet of 12-inch ductile iron sewer pipe using Cured-in- Place Pipe (CIPP) lining technology. The primary work of this contract shall consist of, but not necessarily be limited to, performing the following tasks as specified herein: sewage flow control, pre-cleaning, CIPP lining, post CCTV inspections, and the preparation of a sewer rehabilitation report
