Renovation of an educational facility in Coventry, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The work consists of selective demolition of existing unit ventilators, and construction of classroom fan coil units, dedicated outdoor air system, chiller, and associated duct and pipe in an existing educational facility. All pre-bid inquiries must be submitted to the Town Manager's Office, Town Hall, 1712 Main Street, Coventry CT. 06238 before 2:00 P.M. on Thursday Aug 17, 2023. The Town reserves the right to waive any informality in any Bids or to reject any and all bids, or any part of any bid, when it is determined to be in the best interest of the Town of Coventry. • An exact project schedule is to be determined but construction is currently projected to start in Spring of 2024 and finish by December of 2024
