*As of January 28, 2022, a contractor has been awarded. SEALED PROPOSALS addressed to the Henderson Economic Development Corporation will be received until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, November 16, 2021, at Henderson Economic Development Corporation, 500 West Main, Henderson, Texas 75652, for the East Texas Regional Business Park - Water & Sewer Improvements. Bids will be opened and publicly read at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, November 11, 2021, at Henderson Economic Development Corporation. The project basically consists of the following: Installation of approximately 10,400 LF of 12" and 8" diameter PVC water main including valves, fittings, water services, fire hydrants, encased bores and approximately 8,400 LF of 8" diameter PVC sanitary sewer gravity main, manholes, services, 7,400 LF of 3" and 4" diameter PVC sewer force main and two duplex lift stations with backup generators. *Addendum 1 and 2 have been issued.
