Conceptual plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; for the construction of a 7,500-square-foot, one-story above grade, eight-room, 96-seat educational facility; for the renovation of a 5,000-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Reconstruction of an elementary school located at 4430 Bélanger Street in Montreal. The scope of the project includes partial demolition and reconstruction of the building with an addition that will house four pre-school education classrooms: two for two-year old children and two for children from two- to five-year old children totaling 96 students and major renovations to the existing building areas. TIMELINE: This project is on hold since 2023. Future and timelines of eventual project development are unknown. Project will be followed if/when it proceeds to tender.
