The estimated value of the construction work is between $105,000.00 and $130,000.00 (plus tax). For information purposes, the project consists of replacing obsolete equipment, namely a shell and tube heat exchanger and two three-way control valves. The work includes thermal insulation. The period for completion of the work is 17 weeks from the date of award of the contract. *Award is subject to final approval.
